How long does shipping take?

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to follow your package from our warehouse to your door.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-Day Returns on our panels and mats. The customer pays return shipping on change-of-mind returns, while we cover it for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. A 25% restocking fee applies on approved non-defective returns and is waived for defective, damaged, or incorrect items and exchanges.
Can I exchange a product for a different model?
Please email us with your order number and the model you would like instead, and we will walk you through the process. Items that arrive damaged should be reported within 7 days.
